Since the opening of the building, ORIGO ONE business center implements an international energy efficiency program, the purpose of which is to efficiently utilize energy in the building management. Currently the focus is being shifted from reducing energy consumption to using energy more efficiently.
This is achieved by: replaceming old electrical equipment with new devices that perform the same function yet consume less energy; improving and expanding existing BMS (Building Management System) to allow more precise adjustment of the indoor climate in the business centre, thereby achieving more efficient use of energy resources; and last but not least, using only high quality LED lights.
In cooperation with SIA Gaismas Stils lighting specialists, innovative lighting solutions have been implemented from such renown producers as iGuzzini, Modular, Trilux, Halla and Prolicht both in the terrace and indoors.
