Kado Karim apartments in Jūrmala

   The Kado Karim apartment complex consists of three separate buildings near the sea, which blend into the context of Jūrmala and together create a harmonious impression of the architecture of the Baltic countries. The three buildings – “Maison de Karim”, “Maison de Mer” and “Maison de Parc” - are connected by a common courtyard.
   The flowing spatial forms are inspired from the seaside experience – sea smoothed pebble or piece of wood. Sea wave motifs can be observed in the courtyard paving and white exterior finish has as an associations with sunlit resort life.
   The interior design of the “Maison de Karim” building was created by the world-renowned designer Karim Rashid, where everything, including the walls, is designed in the aesthetic of curved lines.
