SIA Gaismas Stils

The sustainable and modern architectural solution was created by a young and talented group of architects: Reinis Prēdelis, Kalvis Bērzs, Madara Šadrina, and Dāvis Sermons from "Around architecture studio" and the general overview of project was done by Award-winning Latvian Architects - Andris Kronbergs and Jānis Zvejnieks (Arhis Architects) who ensured that no detail was missed during the planning and construction process. The modern lighting solution was designed by the Gaismas Stils team.

For facade lighting we used iGuzzini Linealuce luminaires. The Linealuce is a linear product that brings architectural details on buildings to life with light. They are high performance solutions that minimize energy consumption per meter, in accordance with the size of the wall, or building being lit by the grazing light.
Impressive columns supporting the facade of the building are illuminated by iGuzzini Light Up ground recessed luminaires.
In the underground parking lot TRILUX luminaires are installed.
The street next to the building is illuminated by iGuzzini Lavinia luminaires.

Relaxing terraces, intelligent lighting, state-of-the-art air ventilation systems, smart layouts, various amenities, and other solutions were all designed according to the latest research and are scientifically proven to boost well-being and productivity. Landscaping and terraces were carefully planned by Linda Zaļā (Zala Landscape Architects).
iGuzzini, Modular Lighting Instruments, TRILUX, Oktalite and VIBIA luminaires and lighting solutions were used.
